Composing texts and social media posts are often hard for me. I am compelled to attempt delivery of my messages with proper grammar, capitalization, punctuation, and style — and always, the Oxford comma. Although, after extensive research, I’m not very concerned about what participles my sentences end with.
Togo’s aggressive approach to squirrels, described as an attempt to get up close and personal, was a prevarication, unless shaking the living daylight out of a squirrel is understood as getting up close and personal. IYKYK
Sounds to me Togo had a corporate public relations specialist, the kind which proclaims “mistakes might have been made, we are fully committed to addressing this issue, and our most important mission is to honor our corporate values.” Methinks a squirrel in the throes of his grasp would have been dog meat.
Many times I have to type in those letters to find out what they actually mean… IYKYK was one of those. Another one I have to look up was ISO (in search of) - who knew? 🤷🏻♀️
I appreciate your proper punctuation and grammar. Thank you for educating me on the meaning of IYKYK. Who doesn’t like bacon? Este, Este, Este…….
Some of those shorthand phrases can get you in trouble, if you don't watch closely. And some have more than one meaning. IYKYK.

Togo would want to assure you that any shaking would be entirely dependent on said squirrel's attitude. Togo was totally charm-motivated. :-)

I do the same thing. And the ones that have multiple meanings often leave me in confusion.
I feel like I left this post knowing more. That’s why I love your posts.
Thanks, Michelle! As long as you realize some of the knowledge gained is dime-store variety. :-) Seriously, thanks for reading!
